Day 1

Day 1

• Yeah off on our adventure 
• 1 hr in -Oops missed the turn off to Lismore -thanks Mark who follows silly sat Nav map 
• Found alternate route which meant Sally's first driving experience meant scaling large mountain range with very windy up and down roads. Lucky no one else on road-wonder why?!!! 
• Got to our first campsite in tenterfield after dark. Reception left out details of our spot. Someone in it! Mark knocked on caravan door. Oldies in their pajamas in bed watching tv. It's 8 o'clock!! 
• Found spare spot. Hungry tired. Can't be bothered working out how to turn on gas. Complete microwave meal. 
• Sally cut finger taking the sheath of new knife - finally have one which is sharp!! 
• Boiled water on the one electric burner to do dishes 
• Wake to oldies next to us doing exercise routine! 
• Lovely morning walk with mojo -bit crisp!! 
• Mark suggests climbing over fence - sally puts hand on wooden rail and gets splinter 
•  Back for  breakfast and shower - hot water not working! 
• Eat, get dressed and bale! 
• Day 2 begins!
